No refunds or cash value for series packages or gift certificates. Both gift certificates and series packages expire 5 years from purchase date. Session time cannot be split into multiple visits.

We want you to enjoy your visit  at Rejuvenate Massage & Wellness, LLC , so to ensure that you receive full benefit of your massage experience, we suggest the following:

• Arrive early by 15 minutes to ensure enough time to change and fill out any consultation forms. Your treatment will end on time so that the next client won't be left waiting.
• Any client with signs or symptoms of influenza, common cold, COVID-19, and such will not be seen.  Please advise massage therapist of any changes with your medical history. 
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Please have children remain at home when you come in for massage treatments. We love seeing your children; unfortunately, we cannot accommodate them.
• Our environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, and all of our clients deserve the right to privacy and quiet. Therefore, please silence cell phones and pagers. Also, please speak in whisper tones only.
• Repeated no show appointments will result in mandated pre payments of sessions.
• Smoking is prohibited in our building.

Gift Certificates Available:

Gift certificates must be presented upon arrival for appointment.  Lost or stolen gift certificates are not valid.  Certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable. 

Gratuities:

Gratuities are not necessary but always appreciated. 

Personal Valuables:
Please remember to leave all your personal valuables at home – we are not responsible for any lost items.
